Contract and annexes In addition to the car rental contract to be signed at the time of delivery, a credit card is required from our individual customers. We ask our business customers to present their company documents (license plate, signature sheet, photocopy of an ID).
Driving license and age The renter must be 21 years old and have a valid local or international driving license for 3 years for vehicles of groups A, B, C, D at the time of signing the rental contract.
Prices include maintenance and third party insurance guarantee (within the legal limits of the policy). VAT (value added tax) of 8.1% is not included. Fuel is the responsibility of the renter. A driver service and a translator guide are available on request.
Payment The full rental amount is collected at the time of rental. The shortest rental period is 24 hours, and in case of delay, 1/3 of the price is charged for each additional hour. Delays exceeding 3 hours in total are calculated as a full day. A deposit is required on a valid credit card or in cash.
Delivery Delivery is free of charge in the cities where our company is located in Monaco. Delivery to the following cities is possible with prior notice: hotel, workplace, train station, port, etc. It can be done at certain locations. For deliveries and returns of vehicles in cities where our office is not located, a delivery fee of 5 euro/km is applied, starting from the rental location.
Traffic fines Traffic fines and illegal toll fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the vehicles are held up by traffic, this period is included in the rental period. In necessary cases, we can change these conditions and information as well as the type of vehicle specified in the reservation without prior notice. Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad. A request to our management must be approved in writing.
